Register online by March 21, 2008!
The 10th Annual Western States Wrestling Championships is scheduled to take place March 28-29, 2008 at Clovis High School. Participation is open to all individuals who meet the age criteria. Age will be determined by the participant’s age as of December 31, 2008.
For seeding/separation purposes, all participants are encouraged to register by March 21, 2008 via online registration. Registration will cost $35, however, a fee of $50 will be charged for late registration (after March 21, 2008). During final registration, wrestlers will be required to show proof of age if requested and turn in the "Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release of Liability" form. All registration fees must be paid with PayPal or credit card. Personal checks MAY NOT be used for registration. Seeding will take place on the night of Wednesday, March 26. All seeding information received after Wednesday at noon will be disregarded.
The Western States Wrestling Championships will feature some of the best competition the west coast has to offer. In addition, wrestlers will be competing in top notch facilities which include the use of up to 10 full-size mats. Furthermore, the top three wrestlers in each age division and weight class will receive outstanding custom statues (see website for more details) for awards.
